Return & Exchange Policy

At Loomluxe Saga, each saree is crafted and curated with great care.
We take pride in offering authentic, handwoven pieces that reflect both tradition and quality.
However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.
  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [saiprashanti0228@gmail.com] or what’s app us on [9392558128] with your order details and an unboxing video or image proof.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

 Non-Returnable Items

As most of our sarees are handwoven and uniquely crafted, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or dislike of color/pattern
  • Slight weaving irregularities or thread variations (these are natural features of handloom products and not defects)
  • Custom or made-to-order sarees

Exchange or Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or share return instructions.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process:
    • Exchange: Replacement with the same or similar product (based on availability), or
    • Refund: Issued via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

We encourage you to embrace these as marks of authenticity that make your piece truly one of a kind.
